NFL players who earn a base salary of $15 million or more each season will have their bonuses fully guaranteed in the second year of the new collective bargaining agreement.
This year, they will receive a bonus of $3.9 million for each of the next four years and $5 million for the next five years.
The guaranteed bonus is $8.2 million for players who finish the year with the highest number of wins, and $7.6 million for all other players.
The players can also earn up to $500,000 in base salary for the first three years of the deal and up to an additional $500 the following two years.
The deal gives players a chance to cash in on an upswing in the NFL’s revenue, and to have a bigger payday in a few years.
With a record of $1.1 trillion, the NFL is expected to take in a record $1 trillion in revenue in 2020.
But this year’s deal is a huge boon for players.
The average salary is $16.3 million, according to Forbes.
The league’s average player is scheduled to make about $13.3 per play in 2021.
The NFL’s average salary this year is up 8.4% from last year, and the median is $15.4 million.
It’s worth noting that, in 2020, the league average player’s salary was $17.1 million, which was down 2.9% from 2020.
In a league where players are often underpaid, a boost in salary would likely help many players reach their full potential.
For example, NFL running back Marshawn Lynch is expected be a big beneficiary from the deal, according the Denver Post.
Lynch has been a dominant back for years, and has a contract that will be worth more than $1 million per year over the next three seasons.
If he had to play for the $15 billion in the first year, Lynch would make $4.8 million this season, up a total of $5.3 milion.
He also could earn more money next year.
If the NFL had to use a first-year bonus of only $1 per game, Lynch could earn $1,000 per game in 2021, $2,500 in 2022 and $3,000 the following season.
If Lynch was to get paid a minimum of $750,000 a season, he could make $1 billion per year.
If Lynch were to make $2 million per game next season, his next contract would pay him $1 a year, or $20 million in total.
Lynn’s new contract is expected for $6 million, and if the Raiders sign him, the total amount is $20.8.
Lynching’s contract is also likely to have some interest from other teams, as he is the highest-paid running back in the league and is the only one of the top five running backs in the history of the league to earn the league’s highest base salary in each of his first four seasons.
The Raiders signed Lynch in May, and they already have a deal in place for 2019, when he will earn $8 million.
